Ware & Hertford Waterbus 2026

 

The Environment Agency are currently making repairs to Ware Lock which has prevented us launching our 2026 service.  It is anticipated that works will be completed in May 2026

Our popular Ware & Hertford Waterbus Cruise will hopefully be returning soon.

Dates to be released shortly....

 

Departing from Ware at 2pm and arriving in Hertford for 3:30pm for a short stop for you to stretch your legs before leaving Hertford again at 4pm arriving back in Ware for 5:30pm

 

Please note the is a return cruise from Ware.  A full schedule of cruises for 2026 will follow shortly

 

The cruise is around 90 minutes each.  Should there be no adverse river traffic you will have 30 minutes free time in Hertford to see the new Lea Wharf development with it new bars and restaurants and shops.

 

On board the boat you will have a fully licensed bar serving beers, wines, spirits and other hot and cold drinks.  Please feel free to bring your own picnic lunches.  There are two toilets on board for your added comfort.
